How do I find items using the records on the catalogue?

Answer

Make a note of the Call Number and Status on the library record. The Call Number tells you what number to look for on the spine label of the book on the shelf.

The Status tells you if the item is on the shelf 'Available'. If the Status displays 'Checked Out' this indicates that the item is on loan and is not due to be returned until the date shown in the Date Due column.
