I tried to chat with a librarian, but no one answered, what happened?

Answer

If you click the libraries chat button when online, but no one answers, it may be because: 

  • The internet for you or the librarian was briefly down
  • Your browser is caching the chat and may have accidentally blocked the chat option.
  • If the connection cuts off, the librarian will try to reconnect with you by chat or email if you provide the correct address.
