What do I do if a book is missing or not on the shelf?

Answer

If a book is not there, please come up to the library desk to see if we can find it. Unfortunately, if we can't, someone may be using the book in the library but didn't check it out, and you may need to look for another book on a similar topic.

Try looking at the books on either side for the book you were searching for. They will more than likely cover a very similar topic and may prove to be useful.
